Safety assistant trucking

US Trucking Company is looking for a Safety Assistant in Chisinau. Full time job: 14:00 – 23:00 M-F. Main Responsibility is working with documentation: Pre-Employment screening, Driver/truck/trailer papers, monitoring and keeping everything up to date, communicating with insurance company regarding quites and claims, assist and communicate with drivers to ensure all safety regulations, making appointments, calls and others. Experience is welcome, but not required, you will be trained. What is required: - Advanced English, Romanian, Russian. - Advanced skill level in Microsoft Office, Adobe, Drive, Gmail. - An excellent team player, able to work on own initiative and make decisions. - Ability to question, challenge and improve upon existing processes. - Basic understanding of Large Goods Vehicles (weights, dimensions and terminology) is welcome. - Associate degree in law or related field is a plus. Salary: $600 + depending on experience
