Product ux/ui designer – remote

We are looking for an experienced Product UX/UI designer for a permanent position. You will be part of the Product team working closely with Engineering and Product Managers to ideate and design new and existing features of an enterprise SaaS application that applies Artificial Intelligence to Customer Service and Customer Experience. Responsibilities: You would be involved in the whole end to end design process, from the early stages of research and ideation all the way through to implementation working within a small team along with engineers and product managers. You would be leading various products as the design owner having to reach production timelines and also having to contribute to products adjusted design requirements. Construct end to end detailed design artifacts through storyboards, experience maps, wireframes, and interactive prototypes. Plan, promote, define and conduct user research to understand customers and users needs and goals. Also you would be leading usability testing, design thinking methods and ideation sessions Requirements: 4+ years working as a UX/UI designer ideally in a SaaS product environment A good knowledge of wireframing tools ( InVision, Wireframe.cc) and also design software like Photoshop, Sketch etc Excellent visual design skills proven by existing portfolio Experience turning user experience workflows into wireframes and wireframes into high fidelity prototypes Experience conducting user research and testing to uncover unmet user needs and usability issues Strong communication skills to collaborate with the different stakeholders
