Job Description Alfabet Service is a media company specializing in video content for social networks. We work with Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Pinterest, and YouTube. We are currently building new products, including a recipe app focused on vertical TikTok-style video content. We are looking for someone who: Writes clean, readable code and finds simple solutions to complex problems Uses AI coding agents to produce code a human can read and maintain, not slop: knows how to prompt, give context and iterate until the result is simple Reviews AI-generated code critically and removes the junk: unnecessary abstractions, dead code, duplication, noisy comments Keeps a high-level understanding of the whole codebase and never loses control of it Sees the system as a whole: clear module boundaries, each module owns one responsibility Designs modules to be isolated and covered by automated tests, so internals can change safely Self-reviews their work and opens clear, well-described pull requests Can explain the reasoning behind technical and architectural decisions and is open to better arguments Solid TypeScript across the stack: Node.js on the backend, React on the frontend Experience with PostgreSQL Comfortable with Git Autonomous + proactive mindset Nice to have: Effect.ts or similar libraries Linux, Docker, Kubernetes Monorepos (Moonrepo / Turborepo) ORMs (Drizzle / Prisma) Vite / Webpack GitHub Actions tRPC / oRPC Mobile apps with Capacitor / Cordova What you will do: Break tasks down into small, well-scoped pieces and plan the approach Generate code with AI agents, then review and clean it up until it is simple and readable Weekly syncs, planning and task decomposition Conditions: All AI tooling subscriptions are paid by the company, use whatever agent works best for you Professional growth, working on different projects, using a modern stack Working experience in a distributed team with senior engineers Able to work remotely
