HIRING: REMOTE LOGISTICS DISPATCHER Loyal Dispatch is looking for an experienced U.S. Trucking Dispatcher to join our team. $$ PAY $$ 1.5% of Gross Revenue Performance Bonuses Opportunity for Raises Long-Term Growth ## YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES Find and book profitable loads using DAT, Truckstop, and other load boards Negotiate rates with brokers Manage assigned trucks from pickup to delivery Keep drivers moving and maximize weekly revenue Plan routes and minimize deadhead Track loads and communicate with drivers Handle rate confirmations, BOLs, PODs, and appointments Build strong broker relationships Solve problems quickly and professionally ## REQUIREMENTS U.S. trucking dispatch experience required Experience with DAT and/or Truckstop Strong English communication skills Good knowledge of U.S. freight lanes and geography Strong negotiation skills Understanding of RPM, deadhead, and profitability Organized, responsible, and self-motivated Able to work U.S. time-zone hours Reliable internet and home workspace ## WHO WE WANT Someone who knows how to find good loads, negotiate strong rates, and keep trucks profitable.
