About the Role We are hiring an experienced Hotshot Dispatcher to manage trucks, secure profitable freight and maximize revenue. This is a long-term opportunity for someone who already understands hotshot operations and can work independently. Compensation -4% commission on gross revenue -Unlimited earning potential based on truck performance -Fully remote position with flexible work environment -Long-term opportunity with a stable and growing company -Consistent freight volume and operational support -Opportunity to grow alongside expanding carrier accounts Responsibilities -Dispatch hotshot trucks -Negotiate rates and book freight -Plan routes and manage schedules -Track loads and resolve issues -Maintain broker and driver communication -Keep trucks loaded and productive Requirements -Strong Hotshot dispatch experience is mandatory -Strong knowledge of load boards, freight lanes and broker negotiations -Proven ability to find quality freight and maximize truck revenue -Ability to manage trucks independently -Excellent communication and organizational skills -Reliable internet connection Important This position is not for beginners. We are specifically looking for dispatchers with a proven background in Hotshot dispatching who can start producing results immediately.
