About the Role We are hiring a Junior Hotshot Truck Dispatcher to manage and grow hotshot operations. This role requires strong load planning, rate negotiation skills and the ability to keep trucks moving efficiently while maintaining excellent communication with drivers and brokers. This is not a short-term opportunity. Success requires urgency, attention to detail, ownership and consistency. Responsibilities -Dispatch hotshot trucks across the U.S. -Negotiate rates and secure profitable freight -Plan routes and manage driver schedules -Monitor loads from pickup to delivery -Handle delays and operational issues proactively -Build broker relationships -Keep trucks loaded and productive -Maintain accurate records and documentation Compensation -2.2%–2.5% commission on gross revenue (based on experience) -Fully remote -Full tool stack provided -Long-term growth opportunity Requirements -Minimum 1 year of Hotshot dispatch experience -Strong understanding of the hotshot market -Experience negotiating rates with brokers -Excellent communication and organizational skills -Ability to manage multiple trucks independently -Reliable internet connection -Comfortable working as an independent contractor for a U.S. company What We Are Looking For -Someone interested in a long-term opportunity -A dispatcher who takes ownership and values consistency -A professional who understands that strong results come from long-term relationships with both drivers and the company Transparency Requirement Previous work history and references must be available before onboarding.
