IT Project Manager

IT Fintech LTD is currently seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to join our growing team. Desired Skills and Expertise: - A high level of personal professionalism and attention to detail in work outputs. - Strong personal organization and time management skills. - IT project management experience using SCRUM methodology; - Excellent project/program management skills; - Business process mapping, modeling and documentation knowledge; - Excellent presentation, demonstration and communication skills; - Pre-sales experience; - Good knowledge of IT technologies (Programing, DataBase, Networking) The successful candidate will: - Be a champion for solutions on our existing products and understanding their functional areas in deep. - Communication with clients for problems found and suitable solutions. - Be responsible for a timely and comprehensive handover of the requirements from the client to the delivery team. - Manage and monitor day to day activity and tasks of the team if they are executed accordingly to policy. - Review and correct project deliverable documents and obtain approval from customer as needed. - Maintenance of the project and management changes of plan where necessary. - Provide regular reviews and reporting of progress against plan and budget. - Manage the communication between all teams and clients in each project. - Ensuring quality controls are agreed and checks are performed throughout the project. - Making sure all requirements and approvals are met before moving between project stages. - Properly maintain all project documentation. - As a team member, it is understood that you should maximize our opportunity to generate business from the existing client base or assist in attracting new business to meet our financial goals.
