Product documentation supervisor

Responsibilities: - Collect from documents owners actual information about existing and developing documents statuses: *documents owners: Sales, Project Management, Marketing and other departments *type of document: sales emails templates, product descriptions, PowerPoint presentations, etc. - Manage, update and develop corporate documentation database: *perform documents content revision, evaluate its correspondence to corporate standards *ensure that documents assigned to particular projects do not have content conflict *follow-up timely update of new documents in database *in case of document absence in database, request it from documents owners - Lead the documentation improvements required for their optimization: *create, clarify and coordinate with documents owners the list of required changes *improve documents in accordance with the list of changes *if necessary assign tasks to documents owners / copywriters / designers for content update *available documentation status reports - Manage and develop corporate standards for Sales and Product documentation Requirements: - Languages: English and Russian (written – full work proficiency) - Ability to write easy-to-read, understandable content - Experience in teamwork coordination – is an advantage - Computer literacy (Microsoft: Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Must-have skills: - Maximum attention to detail and analytical thinking - Orientation on research of additional information independently - Ability to organize workload taking full responsibility for what you do - Ability to provide information clearly and shortly - To be friendly and communicative Benefits of joining Unifun: - Unlimited opportunities for fast career growth and professional development - Dynamic and friendly work environment, lack of bureaucracy that make great things be done easier - International team of professionals, open to share their knowledge and best practice with you - Professional trainings, IT and English courses Salary expectation...
