CARGO-MASTER SRL YOUR TASKS: * Planning, organizing and coordinating daily seafreight activities (import, export) * Maintaining daily contact with all service providers including and not limited to shipping lines, overseas agents and partners, customs brokers * Assisting both internal and external customers in their queries * Management of necessary transport orders into the internal systems, being responsible for the quality and accuracy of the data * Offering support to sales * Invoicing correctly and in time all services provided customers and follow-up upon payments * Keeping in good order all the documents related to every shipment OUR REQUIREMENTS: * Fluency in Romanian and English is mandatory * Finalized university studies (transportation or commercial) * Previous experience in seafreight, min. 2 years * Advanced abilities of using PC * Good geography knowledge * Organized person with good skills for planning and coordination * Good communication and negotiation abilities * Capacity for multitasking and resistance for very dynamic work environment * Orientation towards solving problems and fast decision making
