We’re looking for an experienced Reefer Dispatcher to join our team! If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, have great communication skills, and know the ins and outs of refrigerated freight, we want to hear from you. 🔧 Responsibilities: Schedule and coordinate temperature-controlled loads Communicate daily with drivers and customers Monitor reefer units and load integrity Troubleshoot issues, delays, and routing changes Maintain load tracking in dispatch software ✅ Requirements: 3+ years of experience in reefer or freight dispatch Strong understanding of FMCSA rules and ELD compliance Excellent communication and multitasking skills Familiarity with TMS software and load boards Bilingual a plus (English/Romanian or Russian)
