We are a U.S.-based logistics company seeking a highly motivated dispatcher to help manage our reefer operations. ✅ What We’re Looking For: We want someone who is: Experienced in dispatching within the U.S. trucking industry (reefer experience preferred) Comfortable with load boards (DAT, Truckstop, broker portals) Skilled in multitasking, working under pressure, and thinking on their feet Team-oriented, communicative, and highly detail-focused 📋 Your Key Responsibilities: Booking loads and dispatching drivers effectively Managing load boards and communicating with brokers Keeping brokers updated and handling phone/email correspondence Planning driver routes and calculating trips efficiently 📘 We Offer: Competitive commission: 1.4%–2.0% (based on experience) Supportive and professional team environment Opportunity to grow within the company Willing to train if you’re motivated and have the right attitude 📞 Interested?
