Viatel Ltd is a multiservice contact center, offering a wide range of services since 2011 both nationally and internationally with primary clients. Now were looking for a Customer Service Representative who will be working directly with USA customers over the phone. Main Job Responsibilities: Answering incoming calls and filling in the database Taking and processing customers messages and requests Redirecting calls to the relevant department (dispatch, prepay and etc.) Requirements: High school degree or equivalent (preferred) Fluent English is a MUST Great verbal, spelling and typing skills Fast, adaptable and highly motivated What we offer: Full time job Official Employment and Full Social package Paid Training (2 weeks) Taxi paid Possibility to work extra shifts Shift: Night Shift (22.30-07.30) from Wed till Sun
