Trucking dispatch needed home or office centru

We are a growing trucking company in need of 3-5 experienced over the road dispatcher(s.) Position Requires: FLATBED EXPERIENCED DISPATCHER ONLY - experience IS A MUST - Oral and written communications skills - Rate negotiation and closing skills - Basic computer proficiency ie. excel, load boards, email - Ability to work full time - Being on time, prompt and prepared on a daily basis General Duties: - Booking freight and developing relationships with brokers and customers - Staying up to date on freight trends - Knowing backhaul/ head-haul markets and the relevant pricing - Soliciting new shippers to gain direct freight - Checking broker creditworthiness to ensure a prompt payment history - Completing new customer set up packets - Pre-planning your assigned drivers and tacking their daily moves - Inputting rate confirmations into dispatch software Salary is based on experience, starting from 1,5% SALARY 2000-5000$ MONTH YOU CAN SEND A MESSAGE HERE OR ON MY EMAIL SIMPLE1GT@GMAIL.COM
